This Privacy Policy explains how Resilience Fitness ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Resilience Fitness mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

We collect only the information needed to operate the App and deliver the Resilience Fitness experience.
Account information. When you sign in we store your email address, display name, and a unique account identifier. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the basic profile information you authorize.
Workout and activity data. With your permission we read activity, workout, heart rate, distance, energy burned, steps, sleep, body composition, and related health data from Apple Health (on iOS) or Health Connect (on Android). This data is used to display your performance, populate leaderboards you opt into, and track your participation in Resilience programs.
Subscription and purchase information. If you subscribe to a paid Resilience program, we record which program you purchased, your subscription start and end dates, and the membership tier. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Device and diagnostic information. We collect basic device information (model, OS version, app version, anonymous device identifier) and crash logs to keep the App stable and secure.
Usage data. We log basic events such as workout completions and feature usage so we can improve the App.
We do not collect or sell your contacts, photos, location history, browsing data, or precise GPS location.
Health data accessed through Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect is treated as sensitive and is governed by Apple's and Google's respective platform rules.
We use this data only to: display your activity inside the App, calculate your standing on Resilience leaderboards you opt into, and award credit for completed workouts. We never use Health data for advertising. We never share your Health data with third parties for their marketing. You can revoke our access at any time from your device's Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) settings.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the App, authenticate your account, process subscriptions and program purchases, display leaderboards and challenges you participate in, send service-related notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve App performance and reliability.
We do not sell your personal information.
